different problems that pop up out of nowhere.

And because we are dealing with products and services, we are also
needed to be careful of our surroundings and the people who use
them it will be our guide and as well our protection in dealing some
legal things in our business.

B. Development In our industry we are dealing with 3 major sector of our government
Pagpapaunlad that handles and gives rules and guidelines for us to abide and follow.
 They cover many aspects of our products and services legality. You if
you will be developing a certain product you must follow these
agencies:

1. DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources) It

was the agency that protects wildlife and other natural
resources from illegal activities.
2. BFAD (Department of Food and Drug) an agency of the
government that manages the legality of any consumable
items manufactured and sold in the market it is also a way of
appraising your product as safe and open for consumers.
3. DOT (Department of Tourism) the agency that takes
regulations regarding services and tourism economy.

Here are some of the legal issues that is needed to consider when
producing products:

1. Product Licensing – When creating a specific product please be

careful and apply licensing on your brand or product, it can
product and Intellectual property when it comes to sales and
company credit.

2. Product Liability – Make sure your products are safe for

consumption and intake, it must abide the safety of your
costumers and the community.

3. Product Patents – One of the most common problem that arises

when creating a product is that the manufacturer must secure a
“Patent” it is used as a legal protection to your product its like a
copyright and trademark of your company from those who
would like to use your product to gain profit from it unlicensed.

4. Bridge of Contract – when supply is not meet by the other side of

the deal (Like a supplier or the buyer) it will surely cost a fine and
damage to your business reputation.

5. Over pricing – Avoid charging the product higher than the

intended price it can be used as a big demerit not only on your
product but as well as your business.
