Besides, there are plenty of productive ways to keep yourself rejuvenated and
intrigued. This summer break, embark on a journey of fun and adventure by reading
books, exercising, meditating, playing outdoor sports, dancing and many more to
channelise your energy in a positive manner. Participate in the household chores
and support your family in all possible ways. In addition, maintain the momentum
and rigour that has been built in the learning through the last few weeks. Plan out,
revise the syllabus already done and complete the holiday homework neatly.
This year, your holiday homework is designed to ensure that you enjoy to learn and
learn to enjoy. Special attention has been taken to ensure that you use your
creativity, innovative ideas and imagination to express through fantastic ‘creations’.

Role play is a good experiential learning activity to understand and appreciate

number of days one has taken food in the mess. When a student A takes food for 20
days she has to pay Rs 1000 as hostel charges whereas a student B, who takes food for
26 days, pays Rs 1180 as hostel charges. Find the fixed charges and the cost of food
per day.

dependence on renewable energy sources is an inevitable part of our future.
