    In case of login difficulties:


    • Check inbox and spam folder for welcome message
    o Follow one-time-login-link
    • Contact group manager
    • Send support request to support@think-modular.com
    • Use guest login to enter virtal session

    BigBlueButton
    For audio quality:
    • Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge
    • Use a headset
    • Allow browser access
    • Confirm device selection
