TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Gift item value will be equivalent to the value of gift card.

 Gift item will be given as per availability of the item in the market as model number tends to
change from time to time. In the case of top three slabs i.e. TVS N-TORQ, TVS APACHE RTR 160,
ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET 350 if the price is increased in market by more than 5% in regards to the
prices at the time of scheme announcement equivalent value of gift card will be given in such
case.
 No cards will be redeemed after 31st Jan’23. All cards will be considered cancelled if not
submitted to the distributor by the mentioned date.
 100% Payments realisation for gift distribution.
 Scheme is non transferrable and exclusive in nature.
 Scheme can be withdrawn at any point due to external factors.
 Distributor decision is final and binding in case of disputes.
