Gap analysis

King Edward VII College main objective is to become a leader in vocational education and training by establishing and maintaining high quality
infrastructure supporting clients and staff. These objectives will be achieved successfully if the college management establishes state of the art
campuses in Brisbane and Sydney through efficient use of operational plans. The college needs to hire experienced staff and administration to run
those two campuses effectively through proper operational plan in order to make King Edward VII College the leader in vocational and training
industry. The diversity have to be included. It means understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual
differences. These can be along. the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical
abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.
