A. Preparation
 The learners will clean the room.
 A chosen learner leads a prayer.
 Checking of Attendance/Announcements
B. Introduction/Review
The teacher will introduce the following learning objectives and important terms

C. Motivation
Ask the learners what’s the first thing that comes to their mind when they hear the word work?
Let them look for the meaning of work.
Recall the lesson about the force in previous lesson.

Activity Proper 1
The learners will answer the Activity 1 in their book.

ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION
The teacher will analyze the answers of the learners and correct mistakes if there’s any.
Work - it is accompanied by a change in energy.
When work is done by an object it loses energy and when work is done on an object it gains energy.
There must be a force applied to it and the object moves in the direction of the applied force.

ABSTRACTION/GENERALIZATION
The teacher will ask questions
How can you tell if work is done?
APPLICATION
The learners will be grouped into five groups and each group will perform situations in which work is done
and no work is done. Each group will be give 3 minutes to perform.

E. Assessment Identify situations in which work is done and in which no work is done.
F. Agreement / Advance study about how to solve for work.
