1. What talents and skills do you have that can be shared or used when you become a full-fledged teacher?

Answers:

 The skills that I may share with my learners would be my hobbies of cooking and baking cakes.
 Being proficient in Team works similar to leadership and time management which would help the learners set
some priorities in life.
 To help discover their creativity in class especially when it comes to a difficult situation that they might
encounter on their way to learning.

2. Do you believe that teachers are treated unfairly compared to other professions? why?

Answers:

 First I don’t believe that teachers are treated unfairly because as we look at our society, teachers are the second
parent to our children, they are the model to our new generations. We look at teachers’ high level of thinking,
which gives a huge part of the mental capability of a child.
 Second, I can see teachers as the best influencer of the mind from the basic beginning of learning to a child.
 We see a lot of successful people in their profession because of the result of good teaching skills of a teacher.

3. Looking at the triumphs and failures of teachers today, do you think that teaching is still the noblest
profession? Explain your answer.

Answers:

 It is still the noblest profession because it takes courage and passion to do what is right for the sake of your
student even if it feels exhausting sometimes.
 It has characterized as high moral qualities that can nurture self-confidence with good behavior.
 Something to be proud of sharing our knowledge as a teacher constantly analyzing content to have some good
positive achievements in life.

4. What are the problems and issues related to the teacher’s characters and behavior that you are aware of?

Answers:

 Lack of teamwork empathy and support between students.


 Teachers working a lot of roles at the same time.
 Not enough time to prepare or plan their class style and ways to get student attention.

5. What are the factors that have contributed to the mediocrity of the teaching profession in the Philippines?

Answers:

 Most of the teachers find themselves paying for necessary supplies and equipment out of their pocket.
 Due to a large number of graduate teachers they are now having difficulty in assigning each school.
 Most likely low salaries
