In addition to the newly released table of organization, we are glad to inform you that

we have also identified team for design and the technical services (site Eng’g.). These
groups are well suited for design work and will be of great assistance to us, particularly
when it comes to projects up for bid and those selected for EPC and Design and Build
execution.

We have created a matrix of responsibility between these two groups to helps us

understand exactly what each group does and how it fits in with our requirements. We
attempt to simplify this by limiting each group’s role in such a way that they are able to
work effectively together while still achieving their own goals.
