Using the finding of this study, it may provide an excellent information of the effect of managing school

activities with job at the same time, as well as the need of time management.

The researchers would also like to examine the specific factors that influence some students to online
selling as their part-time job: to get better information of the effect of managing academic performance
with job at the same tie, a well as the need of time: to understand how can they manage their time with
both doing the academic and working as an online seller.

To further understand the impact of managing academics and employment, the research intends to
interview students about their experiences in working as online seller and the challenges they face; and
to understand how can they manage their time with both doing the academic and working as a part-
time job in online selling

The purpose of this study was to determine the negative and positive consequences of online selling as a
part-time employment among LCC Senior High School students. This research is also intended to provide
insight into how students' ability to work part-time affects their academic performance. It also aim to
better understanding how students balance their academic performance with their work lives.

The researchers would also like interview students about their experiences in working as online seller
and the challenges they face; and to understand how can they manage their time with both doing the
academic and working as a part-time job in online selling.
