We are pleased to offer you appointment, on the following terms and conditions:-
You will be on probation for a period of three months from the date of your joining the
duties. The probation period is liable to be extended and until confirmed in writing, you will
be deemed to be continuing in our employment as a probationer. During the probation period,
your services are liable to be discontinued at any time by giving 15 days’ notice and or 15
days salary in lieu thereof on either side and either party is not bounded to give any reason
therefore.

4. EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT
You will devote your whole time and attention exclusively to the duties
entrusted to you and you will not engage yourself or work for any other person or company in
any capacity whatsoever, nor do any private business without obtaining previous permission
from the management in writing.
5. SECRECY
You will not without written approval of an officer authorized by the Management,
disclose, divulge, publish or authorize anyone else to disclose, divulge, publish during the
tenure of the employment or subsequently any confidential or secret information, including
secret processes and formulae acquired in the course of your employment by the company.
You will not take with you, any drawings or records of confidential character when you leave
the service of the company.
6. TRANSFERABILITY
You are liable to be transferred to any department / property / branch at any place
in India or abroad, where the organization have its office / business. You are also liable to be
transferred to any of the sister concerns anywhere in India. On such transfers you will be
governed by the terms and conditions, which are applicable to your category at the place of
transfer.
7. NOTICE OF TERMINATION/DISCONTINUATION
1. This offer does not constitute a contract of employment for any specific period of time
and your employment may be terminated/discontinued either party with or without any reason
by giving 15 days notice in writing or by paying 15 Days salary in lieu of notice.
3. If you are allotted with the Company’s accommodation, the license to occupy the same
shall be co-terminus with your service with the organization.
7. You will be entitled for the Payment of Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act’1972,
after continuous service of 5 years.
8. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Any change in your address shall be noticed in writing forthwith to the company. All
communications will be addressed to you on the last address notified by you and it will be
presumed that you have received such communications addressed to you.
9. FITNESS
Your appointment is subject to your physical and mental fitness and whenever required,
you are liable to appear before any doctor, nominated by our company during the tenure of
your employment.
You may be required to furnish documentary proof of the facts mentioned by you in your
application form relating to your qualification, age, experience and non-compliance with such a
demand or detection of any discrepancy therein shall render you liable to be removed from the
services without any notice or pay in lieu thereof.
11. GENERAL
a) You will diligently, faithfully and to the best of your abilities serve the company, use your
best endeavor to promote the interests of the organization and perform all duties that may be
entrusted to you from time to time and for the performance of all such duties, use all the
knowledge, skill and experience which you possess, to the entire satisfaction of the Management.
b) You will be governed and abide by the service Rules and Regulations of the organization
that are in force and will be introduced from time to time.
c) However, in case of exigencies, if any, you will be willing to discharge your responsibilities
by putting in additional hours as the exigencies may so warrant.
d) If you are authorized by the Directors, then only you will sign / execute any documents like
affidavit, forms, letter of authority, agreements, contracts, deeds, declarations, warranties etc. on
behalf of the company after understanding and checking the consequences and with proper
approval of the Director. In case, you are not authorized and if you do so, then you will be solely
responsible for its consequences and company will not be liable / responsible for any loss /
damage due to the same.
e) On attaining the age of 60, you are liable to be superannuated / retired from the services of
the organization.
Your salary will be reviewed periodically as per the policy of the organization. Enhancement of
your salary/perks shall be at the sole discretion of the organization.
The above terms and conditions are subject to company policy. If you are agreeable to accept the
appointment on the above terms and conditions, please sign and return to us the attached
duplicate copy of this letter in confirmation of your having read, understood and accepted the
employment on the above terms.
