MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Meeting held on 17 April 2022 16:00 p.m. at our Apartment Premises.
Meeting held after the Covid 19 pandemic & the procedures followed during the meeting.
Following members were presented.

High lights
• Audited Financial report of (FY19-20 & FY 20-21) tabled. FY 21-22 report yet to
receive from the Auditor & the same will be submitted on next meeting.
• Renovation & Painting work completed. Left out jobs pointed out by T5 & T1
members.
• It was decided to regulate the carparking & two wheeler parking.
• It was decided to refresh the marking & numbering of all 36 parkings slots.
• All the members are requested to update their the metro water tax payments dues
so that we can able to get the water connection. ( Metro water dept have laid the
water lines up to our entrance)
• Default on payment of Maintanence & Renovation funds- Members have suggested
to proceed the steps as per by laws for the collection of dues.
• It was decided to add some penalty to delayed payments of Maintanence & up to
eighteen percent for long dues pending as per general apartment rules guidelines.
• Manholds for sewage line & bath room line chambers to be replaced due to
damaged – Ground floor residents complaining as their environment are affecting by
leakages & bad odour. – ACTION WILL BE TAKEN SHORTLY.
• Points discussed about water conservation since the supply rate of our main sources
are reducing due to hot summer. Requested all the residents to conserve the water.
