TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Terms & Conditions includes (but not limited to these):

1. It is mandatory to adhere to any Order/Circular/Notification by the Management and Binding

Accountability arising from any existing or new Policy / Procedure and their subsequent versions.

2. The company has the right to transfer you at any office / department/ branch/ subsidiary/
associate company existing or in future in or outside India.

3. You will devote your entire time exclusively to the business of the company and will not engage
yourself directly or indirectly in any other business or occupation.

4. You will undertake not to divulge any information concerning the company or its activities, figures,
or any information that may be known to you in course of your duties.

5. You will be on probation for the initial period of Six Months and will be confirmed upon successful
completion of Probation Review. Unless your service is confirmed in writing, you shall be deemed to
be on probation.

6.I n the event of misconduct, fraud, negligence or disobedience of orders of your superiors as well as
violation of any of the conditions of your services and any other misconduct, the company reserve
their right to take disciplinary action including dismissal and/ or recovery of the amount involved in
such case, without any notice period.

a. During probationary period, your appointment will be subject to be Forty Five Days’ notice prior to
termination of service.

b. On Confirmation, your appointment will be subject to Forty Five Days’ notice.

7. All the Company Assets in possession of the employee and / or all the assets of which (s) he is in
charge of should be handed over to the Company at the time of separation, failing which the amount
involved will be recovered in such cases.

8. At the time of separation, the Full and Final Settlement will be subject to submission of “No Dues
Clearance Form” (approved by the concerned stakeholders) to HR, within 3 days from the last
working date. In case of non-submission of “No Dues Clearance Form” within 3 days from the last
working date, the employee cannot hold the company responsible for delay in Full & Final Settlement.
Full and Final Settlement shall be governed by the Exit Policy and its subsequent versions.

9. Your salary is strictly confidential; please don’t share it with anyone other than your Reporting

10. The Appointment is subject to satisfactory verification of the following credentials produced by
you at the time of joining:

a. Proof of Age, Identity and Address

b. Proof of Educational Qualifications
c. Proof of most recent employment
Salary Slip of last 3 months
Bank statement for last three months.
Relieving & Experience Letters
Copy of resignation acceptance (if Relieving & Experience letters have to be submitted at later
stage)
d. Medical Fitness Certificate.

11. Company reserves the right to carry out Background Verification of any employee. In case, there is
any discrepancy suitable remedial action shall be taken by the company.

12. Company reserves the right to monitor the movement of Field Force for the purpose of
Productivity Monitoring during the defined Working Hours.

13. Your Salary Account shall be in ICICI Bank and you are expected to open this account within 21
days of joining (if you don’t have it already). Salary will be credited in your ICICI Bank Account only.
14. This project will be renewed after every one year.
