Dear Tyler,

This letter confirms agreement that you will take the part of Shift in the film “A Way to the Moon”. This is
the working title and the final name of the film may change. As you know, this is a low budget,
independent, non-union, not for profit production and we are keen to ensure that everyone understands
the basis upon which the Film is being made. If there is anything about this letter that you do not
understand or you wish us to clarify, please do not hesitate to contact us.

1) Actor agrees to be available to work during the rehearsal/filming period of January-February.

Rehearsals will primarily be via Zoom, with some in potential in person, but the actor agrees to be flexible
with unforeseen schedule changes. Tentative shoot dates are January 28/29 + February 15/16.

2) Actor agrees that the filming will take place in the following tentative locations: Westchester + Brooklyn.
Producer will pay for traveling expenses via Venmo, granted talent provides receipt of gas or train ticket.

3) For the health and safety of everyone on set, Actor agrees to provide proof of vaccination and Booster
Shot as well as provide a negative Covid test prior to filming.

4) We expect and aim to ensure that working days are no longer than 10 hours.

5) We will do our best to ensure your health, safety and welfare during the Shoot.

6) We will provide you with food and refreshments throughout the Shoot.

7) We will provide you with a copy of the finished Film + behind the scenes photography of the completion
of all post production. Talent may use his/her scenes for their professional reel once the film has been
publicly shared.

8) You will receive IMDB credit for your role in the film.

9) Actor understands that time is money, and therefore agrees to be punctual to set and camera ready.
Actor will also do his/her best to provide a wardrobe (clothing, hair, make up, wigs) that fit the character.
10) All parties agree to behave professionally on set and not indulge in any alcohol or drugs prior to or in
the middle of filming. Actor agrees to be open to all suggestions. Producer/Director agrees to not ask
anything of the actor that is unreasonable.

11) Actor agrees to not invite anyone to the set without prior approval from the producer.

12) Actor agrees to give over any rights in the finished film/photography to production company, Kulture
Seed Films. This will allow us to distribute the film in any and every way we can.

13) All talent and crew agree to wear face coverings/masks on set, unless in the middle of a scene that
does not call for a mask.

14) Talent is invited/encouraged to participate in all promotions/screenings of the film.
