There are too many financial problems in this company and there isn’t too much time to
find a solution. Sales have decreased drastically; the company’s sales are under 70%
compared to the last year performance.

Another critical problem could be the excess of people. Today, the company has too
many employees, more than what is wanted or needed, and the worstis that the company is
paying too much money in salaries of executiveswho are not practically necessary. The
president of the company has said this too many times, but the shareholders council
does not take him seriously.
