AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

We, JOCELYN C. BAJA, ANA P. COMO, PRISCO C. CUSTODIO, CONSTANCIA B.

BALITA and CANDIDO A. LUMANGLAS, all Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Barangay Dela
Paz Proper, Batangas City, after having sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state THAT:

1. We personally know Pedro A. Festijo;

2. He is the lawful and registered owner of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Dela Paz, Batangas
City;

3. The said parcel of land was surveyed by Geodetic Engineer Jason M. Lopez dated March 1,
2022, with an exact area of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT (178) square meters;

4. The we are the owners of the land adjoining in Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western of his
property and that there is no conflict or legal encumbrances between/among us with respect to
the said exact boundaries;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
