SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CATHERINE DADOR CLOSA, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at L39 B3 PH4A,
GC Berberabe Subdivision, Pallocan East, Batangas City, wife of CHRISTIAN DE CASTRO
CLOSA, appointed as his Attorney-in-fact by virtue of a General Power of Attorney executed
and notarized last January 6, 2022 by Atty. Gilbert I. Macatangay, a Notary Public of Batangas
City, entered into his Notarial Register as Document No. 285, Page No. 54, Book No. 9, Series
of 2022, do hereby name, constitute and appoint ROSYL MORALES MACATANGAY, of legal
age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Unit 1 RRK BLDG. P. Zamora St., Brgy. 18, Batangas City,
to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact and in my name, place and stead, to and do and
perform the following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:
(Copy of General Power of Attorney is hereto attached as Annex “A”.)

1. To represent me for the application and request before the Commission on Higher
Education (CHED) for the Certificate of Authentication and Verification (CAV) of my
husband’s Transcript of Records and Diploma issued by University of Batangas;

2. To represent me for the application and request before the Department of Foreign
Affairs to authenticate my husband’s school records (Transcript of Records and
Diploma) with a Certificate of Authentication and Verification issued by the
Commission on Higher Education (CHED);

3. To represent me for the application and request before the Embassy of the United
Arab Emirates in Manila for the Attestation of my husband’s school records,
authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs;

4. To make, sign, execute, deliver, and receive any other document/paper necessary to
carry into effect this authority;

5. To represent, execute, subscribe and sign any and all documents and papers, as well
as claim/receive for and in my behalf said documents from the said government
agency, as well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the afore-stated acts
and deeds.

In order to secure and guarantee the information, hereby attach a photocopy of my

identification card;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact or her substitute

full power and authority to do and perform every lawful act and thing whatsoever requisite or
necessary or proper to be done in the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we ought
or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and conforming all my said
Attorney-in-Fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
