: At 7:00 GMT.1 From 7:00 to 8:00 they wash up and breakfast.

: At 8:00 in the morning after they wash up and breakfast.

: The astronaut don’t have a same routine things everyday, their schedules change every
day

: Wake up every 7:00 also they exercise for an hour every morning & afternoon.

: After dinner is their free time.

: 16 times each day on the space station.

: Astronout always work everydays, only at Saturday they work a half day.

10. What can you conclude about the life of an astronauts?
: For me as a common people, working as astronauts is so lazy, because they work
everyday, only few time for their metime. And also I so amazed about their managing
time with their schedule.

PART IV. Writing

I Usually wake up at seven in the morning because I have class to do, I make my bed and then
take a bath make sure my body are clean :D, Sometimes I breakfast but only tea/fruit juice/milk
not eating heavy meal.
Then joining video conference class & doing forum. After my job as student done im just chillin
with video game/movie who always accompany my daily routine.
Usually I have afternoon class at 1.30 PM till 5.00 pm before doing video conference im just
doing lunch before it.
Then at night im not eating anymore cause is not healthy, also I usually sleep at 9/10 pm.
