On April 7, 2022, I placed an order for an oven from your store, and it was delivered
to my door on the agreed-upon delivery date, April 25, 2022.. It does, however, come with
scratches and dents. For your reference, I took some images and enclose them with the
letter.

I'd like to request an instant replacement of the things that were delivered in fine condition
