PETITIONERCITY OF GENERAL SANTOS, through

the undersigned counsel, unto the Honorable Court, most

respectfully states that:

1. Petitioner is a public corporation created and existing

pursuant to Republic Act No. 5412, as amended, herein
represented by its , of legal age, married, and with office
at the Ground Floor, Left Wing, City Hall Building, City
Hall Drive, General Santos City, where he may be served with
notices and other processes;

2. Petitioner is the lawful and registered owner of a parcel

ofland, more particularly described as follows: Lot 788-A,Psd-
11-058005“A parcel of land (Lot 788-A, Psd-11-056005),
being a portion of Lot 788, Pls-209-D-11 situated in the
Barrio of Lagao, City of General Santos, Island of
Mindanao. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lot 758-
B of the subd. plan; on the E., along line 2-3 by Road;
on the S., along line 3-4 by Lot 802, Pls-209 –D-
Page 2of 511 on the W., along line 4-1 by Lot 787, Pls-209-D-

5) Considering that the vendor has complied with any

and all of theconditions of the deed of sale, the City of
General Santos for legal intents and purposes intends to
remove and cancel the annotation (Affidavit of Adverse
Claim) in the Transfer Certificate of Title No. 110237 in the
name of the City of General Santos.
