Greetings!

In relation to the upcoming International Youth Day celebration, the Sangguniang Kabataan
of Barangay Comagaycay is planning to conduct a Mangrove Planting Activity on August 13,
2022.

The Mangrove planting activity near the coastal area of this barangay, will involve the
different communities especially the Youth, as well as the Non-Government Organizations in
support for a better environment.

Relative hereto, the undersigned is respectfully requesting from the Municipal Agriculture
Office for 1,000 pieces’ mangrove propagules and technical services to be utilized for the
said activity.
