Few tips.. I saw somewhere..

1) We need to create a well defined growth path for our employees

like.. executive- manager- General manager-

or SIMILAR in nursing deptt

2) Use Potluck for all our employees in a month.. in our conference room

3) Free food for all employees working beyond their duty hour

4) Gratitude Journal board.. a board in the center place where any employee can write good
things about any other employee .

5) Employee of the week, employee of the month and employee of the quarter celebrate it with
a badge and certificate .. and we can give small tokens of appreciation as well

(make the parameters needed for this )

6) On the spot incentive-

give goals and if they achieve it give on the incentive on the spot
