ABSTRACT

The Inventory Information System for Twin JJ was developed in order to establish a
system which aims to solve the problem that currently exist within the Twin JJ located in
address. Twin JJ has no established information system for inventory that is useful in making
decision. In addition, keeping track of the in and out of products can be useful for internal
control. In order to solve the existing problems, the researchers proposed the Inventory
Information System for Twin JJ.

The user requirements are analyzed to identify the information needs of the end of the
users, the organization environment and the existing system. The user desires computerization of
inventory system that is simple and straightforward, yet it yields comprehensive and useful
information. The requirements have been analyzed and dived into small modules for easy access.

Proposing this system using the Quickbooks was applied as an organized way to solve the
concerns of the company. The researchers continuously testing the application to ensure that it
meets with the needs of the users. During the interviews with the owner of Twin JJ, the
researchers search of businesses that use Inventory System that can be used as reference and
benchmark.
The study aims to automate sales and inventory processes of Twin JJ through
Quickbooks, to easily monitor the products, to simplify the process of making inventory reports
and to generate precise inventory reports on time. Such objectives will be a big help in
maintaining an efficient flow of operations while generating fast and accurate reports needed for
submission and compilation.
