Hi, my name is Diana Carolina Meneses Villota

I present Evidence 7: dialogue “Coordinating Trucking”

This is my script in which three characters participate Mrs. Ana, Mr. Carlos and Mr.
David, managers of a perfumery company, whose Factory is located in the city of
Medellin.
Mrs. Ana: Good morning
Mr. Carlos: Good morning
Mr. David: Good morning how are you?
Mrs. Ana: very well fortunately
Mr. Carlos: very well thank you

Mr. David: I am very happy to know that you are well

Mr. David: Today is a very importatnt day for the company, since we will send our
first load of fragrances for children, from the city of Medellin to the port of
Barranquilla.
Mr. Carlos: For this, prepare a transport plan taking into account the route that we
are going to use.

Mrs. Ana: Great transport logistics is the most important thing to take our product
to the final consumer.
Mr. David: We well briefly explain what means of transport we use and why?

Mrs. Ana: The cost of shipping the merchandise from the city of Medellin to the port
of Barranquilla is $2.712.390 by road.

Mr. David: This is the best production point for children’s fragrances since
Transportation cost are cheap, and the product is Delivered in the shortest time.
