Y: Well I'm excited by this position in your company because I see myself 5
years from now, I have deep expertise in this sector. I know I have some

Assistant to have?
Y: Social media management, Facebook ads management, Graphics,
Article writing, Graphics, Data entry, Bookkeeping, Calendar management,
and Email management
Y: Because I possess all the skills and experience that you're looking for.
I'm pretty confident that I am the best candidate for this job role. It's not just
my background in the past projects, but also my people skills, which will be
applicable in this position.

E: Share a time when you picked up new skills quickly on the job.
E: Please tell us about a specific time or situation when you failed and how
did you handle it?
Y: First things first, I stay calm. I had this specific task in which I did
something wrong and not the whole task. I immediately talk to my boss and
relay the problem. I reworked it and the ending is a success.
Y: I had a task and I don't know where and how to start. So I asked my
boss and told him to be specific about what I am going to do. Because
maybe, I just misunderstood it. I provided him details if it's correct based on
my visualization.
Y: Some clients with just contracts only. Because I prefer long term
employment
E: How did you end up as a Virtual Assistant (“VA”)?
Y: It's either I keep doing what I'm doing or do something to try and pick my
back up.
Y: I can say, I have technical skills because I can analyze big data. I have
social media experience. I know project management and technical writing.
E: Tell me about a time you went above and beyond your manager's /
teacher's expectations of your work. Please explain your answer in one
paragraph. *
Y: When I have a project I completed it with a clear goal and work overtime
and on weekends without being asked. I anticipated the needs of the job
and did what was expected of me before I was asked. Lastly, I put
feedback into action which is to impress things as I can in my job.
