I, JOSHUA VALIENTE PANTALEON, a 3rd year BSARCH student currently enrolled in the
course ARCH325g Reflections on architecture in the Philippines: their changes and challenges
in contemporary life and the ideology of conserving its architectural legacies. under Engr. MARIA
ZANDRA E. ABAD for the 2nd semester of school year 2021-22 received an in-progress (IP) mark
for my Midterm performance because of the the following reason/s Financial, Personal more
specifically due to In recent times, I've been dealing with personal issues such as having a difficult
time catching up on my studies, a lack of motivation and perseverance, the absence of
preparation and effort, poor time management because of the instability of our financial situation,
and I'm dealing with anxieties that cause my studies to fail to pass my requirements on and less
more focus to study on specific subject because I decided to temporarily attend a part-time work
in a commercial restaurant here in pili. Because of this, I am always running late to create and
submit the requirement, and I have to cram in order to do so. .

I promise to take or submit the following Final Exam on or before June 20, 2022 .

I understand that my failure to comply on the date promised will result in a grade of 5.0.
