I, M. Jamal Akbar, S/o M. Asghar Ali, R/o D-7/7248, Vasant Kunj,

South West Delhi, Delhi-110070, the deponent herein, do solemnly affirm
and declare as under:

1. That I am the permanent resident of the abovementioned address and

currently reside in Tulip Violet, Sector-69, Gurugram, Haryana.
2. That Late Mrs. Sanyog Ohri, W/o Late Wg. Cdr. J.L. Ohri, R/o 1202
A, Tower A-11, Tulip Violet, Sector-69, Gurugram, Haryana was my
neighbor and I had known her for a few years before her tragic
demise.
3. That Late Mrs. Sanyog Ohri also owned Apartment 1201A, Tower
B-3, Tulip Violet, Sector-69, Gurugram, Haryana.
4. That I personally know the three daughters of Late Mrs. Sanyog
Ohri. I know that her youngest daughter, Mrs. Divya Ohri resides at
MG-1115, The Magnolias, DLF Golf Links, DLF City, DLF Phase
5, Galleria DLF-IV, Gurugram, Haryana and that her elder
daughters Mrs. Smita Ohri and Mrs. Jyotsna Ohri reside in New
York, USA.
5. That I am willing to depose and render my testimony in support of
the identity of the daughters of Late Mrs. Sanyog Ohri, as and when
required by the Hon’ble Court.
