2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA
Officers for school year 2018-2019:

3. Mr. Noel A. Pacheca reminded the parents of the transferees to

follow up the form137 of their children from their previous school
and those parents whose children have not submitted their N.SO
birth certificate.

5. The body agreed that the PTA Projects for school year 2018-
2019 are wall fan. In order to realize this, they agreed that each
student shall contribute 100.00 and the deadline is on August 24,
201.8
