Introduction

As you know, University of Gondar has established Etegie Mintwab Trade and Consultancy
Enterprise for providing various services. However, to make provided the services and facilitate
of our business processes effectively we want to create advance web portal. Therefore, any
university community with experience in the field can apply to involve to do the work. The detail
requirement of the system is stated in the following section.

The proposed system development should be including the following functions or specifications

 Reservation system for two hotel and one hall

 Web site pages for all services that provided in the enterprise
 Update serves and sub information whenever change is necessary.

 Receiving customer requests or comments

 Able to publish various contents, such as promotion, advertisement, notice etc.…
 Able to show completed projects or our experiences

 Create partners information in different category (such as local and international).
 Updates partner’s information whenever change is necessary
 Easily set the various rules and regulations of the enterprise
 Create social media such as Facebook, Telegram and connect to the web portal
 Easily integrated to various Ethiopian online payment systems
 Available on any device, tablet, mobile phone or laptop (Responsive)
 Create and Display Frequently Asked question (FAQ)
  Every content should have both Amharic and English version
 Customer testosterone can be post in a variety of styles

3. Recommended Technology to be used

For interested participants we are recommended to use the latest developments frameworks.
And also, we are not allowed to use customized and an open-source developments tool for due
to security and other issues.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Criteria for evaluation of proposed System

1 Technical proposal 70%

2 Financial proposal 30%

Note: All documents must be packed separately and submit in two copies

5. Proposal Submission Deadlines

Interested developers must submit their technical and financial proposal before April 15, 2022
at Etegie Mintwab Trade and Consultancy Enterprise.
