Rudio, Our Motherly School Principal Ma’am Helen R. Vibar, to our very
supportive Assistant School Principal Ma’am Emilliana D. Caluya, fellow
Department Heads, Faculty and Staff of this beloved Institution, dear Completers,
parents, visitors, guest a Blessed afternoon to one and all.
We are grateful to be able to celebrate moving up ceremony and
recognition day once more this year. Despite the fact that we are still dealing with
the threat of a COVID-19 pandemic, the fact that we are here today to celebrate is
a great blessing for us. It signifies the end of one phase of one’s educational
journey and the beginning of another, more challenging phase of one’s quest for a
better life and future.
I want to express my sincerest congratulations to our dear completers and
to all academic achievers from grade 7,8,9,10, and 11. You have made it. The
journey towards success was not easy as the COVID 19 Pandemic brought us
unexpected challenges, but with your perseverance and dedication you are now
reaping the fruit of all those hard work and sacrifices.
Congratulations and thank you to all teachers who tirelessly and steadfastly
delivered their maximum effort to help you grow more smartly. Your devotion in
shaping our learners in this unwanted season, especially the shift that we
experienced in learning is highly commendable.
Like wise to the JRS administration for their valuable commitment support
especially in delivering quality instruction. This work could not have been done
without you.
To all parents and guardians. This academic year would not have been
possible without your assistance. Thank you for entrusting your dearest sons and
daughters to our beloved JRS.
Above all praises to God who made all this thing possible amidst the Global
