This piece called my attention with the tittle. Nowadays
there are many people suffering of this mental condition,
including me. That is why, when I read about these
“advices” to manage the anxiety, I immediately started
reading the article.

I am an English teacher and I work in a school currently.
Every day I hear the children singing this series song and
“playing” as if they were in that game. I was worried,
because I read some weeks ago, that the content is full of
violence and we were discussing that with other teachers.
We concluded that it is not good for the children to be
exposed to this kind of things in their age. When I read the
thesis statement it immediately called my attention and I
continued reading the news till the end.

Yesterday in the national news, this was the most popular
news. The national president said that this capture has been
the most important in years. I couldn’t know that much
about it. That is why, when I read the tittle, it seemed very
interesting to me.
“Colombia's most-wanted drug lord has been captured by
authorities in what has been heralded as the biggest blow to
the country's narcotics traffickers in decades.”

2. Read the following introduction to a persuasive essay. Then answer the questions below.

Despite the heated debate among evolutionists and Creationists, the two ideas are very

similar. Dr. Dobzhansky, author of Mankind Evolving, even goes so far as to say, “Christianity

is a religion that is implicitly evolutionistic, in that it believes history to be meaningful.” In

fact, evolution and Creation can be combined and accepted as one general explanation of

mankind’s origin. These two explanations are not in conflict with one another, but actually

need one another in order to complete the answer to mankind’s questions.

It definitely got my attention. I continually read about this kind of topics as I

consider myself a curious person. I always make questions about the beginning,

why we humans are here on earth and so on. This introduction also talked about

religion, that is one the most interesting and debated topics. I think that it would

a very interesting essay.

I will surely continue reading the essay. I want to know the two different points of

THESIS STATEMENT:

Uniforms are a good idea in public schools because it helps the institute to characterize

its students everywhere and also help students to behave as better as possible in order to

keep the prestige.

INTRODUCTION.

According to ProCon.org, the first recorded use of school uniforms is in England in 1222.

Students at one school were required to wear a robe-like outfit called a 'cappa clausa.'

However, it wasn't until the 16th century that modern school uniforms made an

appearance in recorded history. Since uniforms were implemented in schools, they have

been a way to identify them everywhere. When a student goes through the streets

wearing his or her uniform, it is an identity and shows the prestige of the school. In this

paper, we are going to examine what has been the importance of uniforms throughout

history and the benefits of wearing them, specially in public schools.

Yes. In the conclusion the writer draws the worse panorama with
the anxiety symptoms. Then, the possible solutions are given as
advices like focusing on oneself, and if the symptoms are so hard
to bear, then the best is to seek for medical help. That will give
good results to manage anxiety.
No. The conclusion is given inside of the last tip to handle anxiety,
but it does not give a specific summary of the previous ones.
The take-home message in this article is that we will always have a
way out of anxiety. It is true that the symptoms are hard to handle
and the reasons to feel anxiety are various, but it is also true that
we are able to manage them in the best way possible giving steps
to continue moving forward.

Uniforms have been the identity of public schools for many years. They show prestige and

organization. Of course, we cannot deny that this can both positive and negative for schools.

When students understand the value and responsibility that wear the uniform means, it can

have a good impact on the school image. On the other side, when students do not have sense of

belonging, it can be a bad image of the school in the society. However, it can be an

encouragement also for the school to educate the students in the best way possible to keep the

good image of the school. In that way, uniforms must continue being one of the most important

factors in every school, no matter the time and the world changes.
