A simulation of the distribution and retrieval of modules will be done for the awareness and
Description so parents will know the dos and don’ts when the opening of classes begin. They must know
the procedure where they follow they standard health protocol to avoid the pandemic.

Objectives The following were the specific objectives in the conduct of the activity:
a. Be informed about the DepEd updates and the learning system in the new normal.
b. Have a drill of the process of distribution and retrieval of learning modules.
c. Be able to follow the standard health protocol even when at school.
d. Know the relevance of education amidst the pandemic.
HIGHLIGHT OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Impact /
The identified objectives and targets for the activity were met. Specifically for teachers.
Results
a. Informed about the DepEd updates.
b. Conducted the simulation of the distribution and retrieval of modules.
c. Follow standard health protocol during the retrieval as well as the distribution of
modules.
d. Understanding the relevance of education even in pandemic.
POST-ACTIVITY EVALUATION
The participants actively participated the simulation of the distribution and retrieval of self-

learning modules. They give/share ideas and asked questions on how to get and hand in the
Feedback modules while following the standard health protocol to avoid the Covid-19.

Methodology
The activity started with the simulation where parents were asked to form a line starting at
the school pergola which is then followed by a program. Sir Jessie Pincas, a grade 1 adviser
is the moderator. The activity ended with a closing remarks given by Maam Elma U.
Venancio a grade 2 adviser.
 Management of the Activity:
The activity was managed by the facilitator and teachers.
Logistics Arrangements:
The facilitator prepared the materials needed like printing of labels, tarpaulins and QR code
making were done beforehand. Before the activity started, the parents had an orientation to
know the process. The activity was successful.
Recommendations 1.Parents should remember the procedure of the retrieval and distribution of modules.

(Narrative Report)

Right before the program, a simulation of distribution and retrieval of modules

were conducted. It was participated by selected parents and teachers. After the
simulation, the program started at around 2 o’clock. It was started with a national
anthem followed by prayer and the DepEd Samar Hymn all in audio visual presentations
which is also followed by an opening remarks and acknowledgement of participants
given by the school head of San Luis ES, Mr. Manuel A. Mardoquio. It is then followed by
the statement of purpose given by the district-in-charge, Mr. Felixzaro R. Borata. Next
was a statement of support by the Barangay chairman, Mr. Edilberto M. Uy. Next part
was the monitoring and technical assistance proper. There was a report on the school
enrollment by Mrs. Ma. Vendetta S. Calagos and the mode of instructional delivery
shared by Mrs. Sheila B. Sabugar. And it was clearly stated that because of the result of
the LESF and the poor internet connection in the barangay, modular learning will be
used for the upcoming school year and when classes start this October 5, 2020. After
this, issues, concerns, challenges encountered & other matters relative to the opening
of classes were addressed by Mr. Jessie P. Pincas and Mr. Laurence Deen G. Alaza.
Provision of technical assistance from the DisMEAL team was then given. And in the last
part of the pogram, Mr. Felixzaro R. Borata, the district-in-charge of Pagsanghan district
gave his take home message to the stakeholders. Mrs. Elma U. Venancio gave her
closing message afterwards. A post conference for the faculty was then held at the
covered hall. In the post conference, the readiness of the school was tackled and other
concerns were addressed. The activity was a success.
 Before entering the school premises, parents
are lined up a meter away from each other for their
body temperature. It was done by the barangay health
worker.

Upon entering, they washed their hands with soap

and water.

Parents on que are all lined up so some are in

the waiting area while others are getting the modules.
Before they were given, they need to show the QR
code provided to them for identification.

After the retrieval section, they will proceed

to the distribution area before they head home. In retrieval
area, they hand in the answered modules and they were
given another set of modules in the distribution area for the
following week.
 Teachers assigned in the distribution and retrieval
area. They are tasked to get and give sets of modules
to the parents.

aanhon pagkuha ngan pagbalik han mga modules ha iskwelahan.
