II. Points of Discourse

The virtual meeting started with a prayer followed by the Adviser’s welcome
message and the checking of attendance to all the learners who are virtually
present in the platform.
a. The mode and instructions on the nomination and election of class officers
were explained by the adviser.
b. Homeroom/Class Officers: (Please see attached list of elected officers)
 President  Auditor
 Vice President  Public Information Officer (P.I.O)
 Secretary  Protocol Officer
 Treasurer
c. The elected class president is instructed to message Ms. Jenica Eilyn Javier
(Grade 7 Curriculum Chair) for the nomination and election of Grade 7
representatives.
d. Queries and concerns of learners in relation to the election of officers – its
roles and responsibilities and other matters were addressed during the open
forum.

Student’s Attendance: The total number of 7- (section) class is 50, out of this
number there were only 20 who joined the virtual meeting via Facebook Rooms. The
rest were not able to attend due to the following reasons: signal issues, no internet
connection, and no device available). Please see attached attendance sheet.
