•Explain how these strategies might help you in your studies.

Students use a variety of learning strategies. They must choose the best study strategies

for them to understand the lesson better. Study strategies assist in organizing study time and

accelerating development. These 5 metacognitive strategies help me in my studies by making a

study plan to know which method is effective. The first metacognitive strategy is "knowing your

limits," This strategy helps me know the subjects and identify which are challenging and easy to

understand. Also, it helps me to have a smooth flow of study. Next is the "modifying your

approach," each subject has its own difficulties. In line with that, I should think of an effective

method for studying a specific subject, like in Physical Pharmacy, I study the calculations part

first. Next is "skimming," this strategy helps me organize the topics and know where to start and

end. Next is "rehearsing," this strategy I've been using for how many years because I usually

make a reviewer in every subject. This strategy needs to focus and understand every lesson.

After I make a reviewer, I read it out loud and familiarize every word and after that, I say it

without looking at the reviewer and try to have a personal interpretation of it. In this way, I am

internalizing the lessons that I have.
