Our site lies in the middle of all the identified districts which
gives this site a huge advantage when it comes to making an
impact to Chow Kit as these land use features are able to

The architecture of the museum, is driven by the challenges of

its unique setting: it rests atop a k11 art mall and below a dozen
floors of luxury waterfront residences. The museum combines
the top two floors of the podium, originally designed for retail

CHOW KIT CULTURAL CENTER

To the marginalized, “don’t just survive, live your life”. Proposing

a cultural center in Chow Kit bring up liveliness and great
experience that heals users. By having a cultural center,
traditions can be passed down generation by generation as a in
a multiracial country. This cultural center will not only serve the
purpose for performers to perform Malaysia’s traditional dances
and musicals, but these traditions can also be learned in the
form of workshops, dance and music classes as a self
improvement program for the marginalized.
