Basis The Essential Expenses Incurred by The School During The Period
Parents and guardians may kindly refer to the Revised Fee Structure uploaded on the school’s
website, on 31st October, 2020, in view of the order dated 13th October, 2020, passed by the
Hon’ble High Court in WPA 5890 of 2020, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the
school to take recorurse to challenge the order as available in law.
Parents and guardians are advised of the modifications to transport fee contained in clause 3 of
such Revised Fee Structure. The amended revised fee structure for transport is as follows:

1. Tuition fees per month for the period 2020-21 till the month following the month
in which the schools open in physical mode shall be as under:

3. Parents whose wards are enrolled for transport services shall pay 50% of the
transport fees, as per the table below. The fee so collected will be utilised by the
School towards payment on account of salary for the drivers, helpers, attendants,
EMIs for the buses, maintenance charges, taxes, parking fees etc., referred to and
considered essential in terms of paragraph 47 and 61 (ii) of the Order.

requested to access the same for their own understanding of the directions of the
Hon’ble High Court.
2. A portion of the order, specifically sub paragraphs viii to xvi of paragraph 61 of the
aforesaid order has been stayed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) Diary
No(s):22811/2020.
3. The tuition fees prescribed for the period commencing from April 1, 2020 up-to
November 30, 2020 must be paid on or before November 30, 2020.
