ADDENDUM

TO THE EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This document is in reference to the document entitled EXTRAJUDICIAL

SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE executed in the City of Manila by FRANCISCO ARPIA
ABLEN, IRENE ARPIA ABLEN-NOPIA, LUZVIMINDA A. APANAY-ABLEN, JARMIE
APANAY ABLEN, APRIL JOY APANAY ABLEN-CAMO, JEMAR APANAY ABLEN,
and JUAN FERNAN JAPZON CASTIJON, on June 2, 2022 noted and entered in the
Notarial Register of Atty. John Edward Trinidad Ang as Doc. No. 55, Page No. 11, Book
No. CXXI, series of 2022. Said document refers to the estate of deceased Juanito Arpia
Ablen, Jr. and Spouses Juanito Togonon Ablen and Anacleta Arpia Ablen who
respectively died on November 22, 2021; December 20, 2006 and May 23, 2009, which
their respective place of death are in Laguna Medical Center, Manila City and EWA
Beach, Honolulu.

May it be known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree to make the
following Addition/Addendum or correction to the aforementioned Deed outlines below,
to wit:

“That one of the heirs of Juanito Arpia Ablen, Jr. named JUAN FERNAN
JAPZON CASTIJON is current using the said name. However, based on his Birth
Certificate attached hereto, his true name is JUAN FERNAN CASTIJON ABLEN.

That because all of his records use the name “JUAN FERNAN JAPZON
CASTIJON”, he preferred to used the same name to appear in the title.”

These additions shall be made valid as if they are included in the original stated
Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this
