the areas in which you think you have contributed to the club’s vision and mission and in UBS
institution building. Provide evidence to support your self-assessment with reference to your
achievements in the club. (Example- Position held, Projects done)
CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS (25 marks)

 My very 1st contribution as a matchstick in the matchbox club was helping my club in
marketing and strategizing promotional strategies for our very unique event called
Mismatch where I was the strategy and innovation head of the event.

 Achieved a total of 13500 in revenue for the club in the Dawat-e khaas competition held By
the Elc club
As the sales manager for that event.
 I was the executive head of the corporate stance event wherein I also helped my club
strategies the whole event and do the marketing for the event.
 Took the Initiative from the front and successfully helped my club to run self-less love
campaign held on the 14th of February on the day of valentines for the people who helped
us throughout the year in the campus when we were in the campus.

SELF-AWARENESS (25 marks)

During the activities conducted by the club throughout the past year where we had many meetings
and events held.
Some of the key learnings were
 Being punctual and disciplined about work is very important to finish our work on time.
 Helping each other-ordination among members to bring out the best output.
 Teamwork is very big learning which will help us when we move further in our career.
 Club activities lead us to learn how to manage co-curricular and extracurricular activities
And how to manage to balance them.
 One learns the leadership qualities needed to manage a team in an efficient and effective
manner.
It is very important for a future leader to learn to get that practical experience.
 I learnt the importance of how much important brainstorming sessions are to statrgage9ias
and implement strategies to market and promote the club which helps me a lot as a
marketing student for my career in marketing ahead.
 I plan to be more patient while handling certain issues which arise among the club
members so that there are no conflicts.
 Respecting each and everyone’s work contribution is very much important whilst you are in
a team.
