Description DIELUBE-1900V is water -soluble releasing agent concentrate fpr

aluminum ( and aluminum alloy) die casting applications. With excellent
surface adhesion property. It avails great release properties. Also, with little
wax in use, it leaves minimum residue on the die, pipelines and parts and
such features enable cost saving and easy maintenance.

Application Dilute the product in a factor of 1:80 up 1:100 with water, prior to the
application. Dilution ratio 1:150 is recommended when used liduid from
return system
Dilution ratios can be different depending on the product's thickness and
shape, and the spreading method

Term of validity 6 months from the date of manufacture at sealed state, 5 to 40℃.
