Part 2 Customer Complaint / Incident/Inspection Findings

Provision and installation of missing floor drain cover for all public toilets around KCV
Part 3 Part 3 Takyeef EM (TEM) Operational Team Analysis / Finding
Upon receiving the CM Work Order, TEM immediately attended the site and observed that the floor
drains in the public toilets which is don’t having the hinged coverings. Floor drains includes stainless
steel made covers/ protections which is suitable to get a decent look for the flooring.
The covers are required for the floor drains to negligence the eye soaring and to protect the floor drain
grills from any accidental damages.
The possible root cause of missing the floor drain cover is due to long time use, removed by the
cleaning team for their convenience or used above / below its specifications.
Part 3 Part 4 Takyeef EM (TEM) Completed Action

Upon confirmation of missing floor drains, TEM acquired quotations from the suppliers to replace the
missed floor drain covers with new.
Part 3 Part 5 Takyeef EM (TEM) Conclusion
TEM recommends to replace floor drain cover with suitable stainless steel to match the existing floor
drains. Quotation submitted for review and approvals.
