1. PRELIMINARY ACTIONS

 To perform site visit to identify the web profile and sandwich panel specifications.
After confirmation of the specifications need to purchase the same web profile and
corrugated sheet from the market
 During site visit need to perform water leak test on weekends so that building
employees are not affected.
 Identifying the leakages and prepare the leakage report and submit for client’s
approval
 Based on the report and site visit procure the corrugated sheets and necessary
accessories for the affected area

2. Execution

 Install the corrugated sheet by overlapping method on leakage area.

 Replace all the stitch screws with new

sheet installation process for execution job.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES.
The responsibility and Discipline for Site Engineer, Supervisor and Foreman with
assistance are described. Similarly, they shall ensure that the needed drawings are of
latest revisions. The HSE inspection shall take place before works starts to ensure that the
work area is safe i.e. adequate access, checking the supports, crane with man-basket and
scaffold inspections, etc. if applicable.

These all concern is under assist by the Area Owner / plant In-charger.

3.4. Engineer
 Supervise operations in accordance with the approved Method Statement,
 Specifications, material submittals and schedules to achieve the acceptance of the
project deliverables.
 Everyone know about the JSA and it will explained to the employee.

3.5. Site Supervisor

Supervise closely, the activities designated to them and ensure that all instructions and
safety procedure are followed and strictly adhered to supervise the work. Ensure that
technically, safely attend daily site meeting and communicate his daily report with the
planner and Engineer.

3.6. Site Foreman

To liaise with the Site Engineer and Supervisor for the work execution.
Organize labor to his designated work activities and equipment.
Closely monitor the usage of consumable and materials by his crew and Assess
craftsmanship of subordinates under his control.

3.7. H.S.E. Engineer / H.S.E. Supervisor

Health, safety and environmental (HSE) supervisor generally plan, coordinate and
Implement issues and directives within the organization. They ensure safe environmental
working conditions for all employees.

3.8. H.S.E. Officer

Ensure enforcement of safety procedures in accordance with the approved HSE-JSA
Plan. Will be closely monitoring the site engineer’s strict implementation of the MS, the
use of proper tools and equipment to maintain safety, certifications of equipment and
their adherence to safety regulations, reporting of any unsafe work or stopping work that

does not comply with the procedures. Will advise for Health & Safety requirements and
monitor the Hazard controls implemented on site as per the Plant rules.

3.9. Helpers /Labors

Perform tasks involving physical labor at building, assists the skilled workers, remove
Trash and residual building debris. Assist on constructing and later disassembling
reinforcement braces, concrete forms, scaffolds and temporary structures.

3. MATERIAL:-

Material Shifting
Plan A: - All Material are stock by heavy scaffolding Tower.
Plan B: - Material shifted by crane one by one.

The material shifting plan must be provided by SFT.

4. WORK PROCEDURE:-
General: - we are suggesting two plan to execute

Plan A: - Using scaffolding tower with life-line up to 3 m extension from the tower.
If scaffolding is not allowed to install over the roof sheet then they are connecting their
safety harness to sling (3-5m length) and that sling into scaffolding.

The scaffolding life line will made near than 3 M.

The material all are to be placed top of the scaffolding.
Employee are connect their safety harness to sling and the sling is tied to scaffolding life
line.
Now they can reach to center of the ventilation area and remove the old Sandwich Panel
using Screw machine.
After install the new pieces using drill machine, screw gun, applying silicone and silicone
sealant. And one of the roof sheet must be open space.
Due to the breaking of locking system easily. And tool are tied with rope and harness.

The same step will be continue.

Plan B: - using crane and man basket.

However in this job can execute only by standing on the roof to execute it and they are
connecting safety harness to man-basket. They are leave from the man-basket and
harness should attached with it.

Now they nearer to the roof center of the ventilation area and remove the old Sandwich
Panel using Screw machine.
After install the new pieces using drill machine and screw gun. And one of the roof sheet
must be open space.

5. SAFETY
Man lift & Crane operator and rigger must be qualified for his job
Fall Prevention Plan (FPP) is required to be implemented for steel structure & fabric
installation at work places.
• For fall prevention production & Personal fall prevention equipment;
• Responsibilities;
• Hazard identification and risk assessment (RA);
• Control measures and methods;
• Safe work procedures;
• Inspection and maintenance;
Safe access to the fabric roof must be carefully planned in order to select the most
appropriate method and equipment.
• Reduce the amount of time spent working on the single roof;
• Reduce the amount of travelling around the single roof to collect materials;
• Reduce the possibility of stray work materials falling off the roof and injuring the
person below.
If lifting operations by cranes are required, refer to the JSA and lifting plan of Practice
for Lifting operations for guidance.
If the lifting equipment is mounted near the edge of Located near the center roof, it is
important that suitable workers.
The JSA have the detail safety analysis to execute it. This is just a procedure to
execution for the job.
