AND GENERAL PTA OFFICERS & BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PANGI
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL REQUESTING THE HONORABLE ATTY.
RUWEL PETER S. GONZAGA, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE OF
DISTRICT II OF DAVAO DE ORO TO FUND AND ALLOCATE THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CLASSROOM BUILDINGS IN FAVOR OF PANGI
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, BARANGAY PANGI MACO, DAVAO DE ORO.

WHEREAS, Pangi National High School for School Year 2021-2022 has a
growing number of learners with a total number of 393 officially enrolled in the
Learner’s Information System (LIS) as of this first quarter of the school year;

WHEREAS, for the forth-coming School Year 2022-2023 which will eventually
begin in August 2022, face-to-face classes will be implemented, thus, inadequate and
insufficient school buildings confront the school to accommodate the growing number
of learners who chose to enroll in Pangi National High School

WHEREAS, it is an urgent need of the school to be granted for the

construction of classroom building/s because of the growing number of learners and
the school could not accommodate this bulk number of learners for the forth-coming
face-to-face classes for the school year 2022-2023;

WHEREAS, Pangi National High School started its operation 9 years ago
dated June 2012 with 4 NGO Buildings (Association of Chamber of Commerce-Tagum
Chapter and Gawad Kalinga) only, and no government classroom buildings were
established and constructed yet;

WHEREAS, these 4 classroom buildings are currently used as Faculty Room,

Administrative Building, SLMs stock rooms, and for face keeping of modules;

WHEREAS, parents, guardians, and teachers during the General PTA

Meeting last June 8, 2022 at Pangi NHS gymnasium convened to discuss and
deliberate the present situation of the school, most especially on the matter of
classroom buildings whose parents are looking forward to for the urgent response
from the Office of the House of Representative in District II because face-to-face
classes will be implemented for the school 2022-2023;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Carlwen V. Bongcales and jointly

seconded by Honorable Robert G. Elecora, it was,

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, to request HONORABLE ATTY.

RUWEL PETER S. GONZAGA, House of Representative in District II, to fund for
the construction of school buildings in favor of Pangi National High School,
Barangay Pangi, Maco, Davao de Oro Province.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the office

of Hon. Peter S. Gonzaga for appropriate information and immediate action.

and General Academic Strand (Biology) in addition to our existing specialization which
is ICT-CSS. Thus, HE, Science, and Computer Laboratory buildings are very much
needed for these courses;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Carlwen V. Bongcales and jointly

seconded by Honorable Robert G. Elecora, it was,

RESOLVED as it is resolved, to request THE HONORABLE DORORTHY

M. GONZAGA, Provincial Governor of Davao de Oro to fund and allocate the
construction of HE Building, Computer Laboratory, and Science Laboratory in
favor of Pangi National High School, Barangay Pangi, Maco, Davao de Oro
Province.
