Development and use of environmentally friendly and renewable energy has become a
mandatory requirement for the existence of mankind. The extensive use of fossil energy
for centuries has caused various weather disasters and calamities brought about by
climate change, global warming and other environmental pollution problems.

It is for this matter that we are writing you this proposal letter introducing our 60MW
Solar Power Energy Project located at Jassan, Misamis Oriental.

Our Project Development schedule are detailed as follows.

1. Start of Development: 15 September 2022

2. Commissioning Test: 30 October 2023
3. Supply Electricity: 15 December 2023
4. Expected Supply Price: Php 7.00/kw
