Greetings for the Day!

Dear Candidates,

MPT Entrance examination, of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University, Dharwad, is

scheduled to be held on 13th July 2021. The mode of Examination is online through EFH Pexa (Paper
less examination). For the details of the examination kindly click the link below

Before the final entrance examination there will be mock examination on 10th July 2021, at
10:00am to 11:00am

Please find the attached presentation of training to undertake the online examination. Training ppt
for windows and android, both the files are attached. Students who wish to use the
laptops/desktops have to see the windows training file and students who wish to use android mobile
may have to download the android training file.

You will receive the email link to login and download the EFH app on your devices. Before mock
practice, you have to login to the app and then start the practice session. The Mock and final
question papers consist of only MCQ’s. You have to click on the right option.

Once you will login to your respective accounts, you will get to see the video tutorial on how to write
the examination.

Instructions to the candidates:

1. Every candidate will take the examination on a Laptop/Desktop/Smartphone etc.
The EFH app to be downloaded one day before the Mock exam.
2. Make sure of your Internet Connectivity and the batteries are fully charged and
can last for the duration of the exam.
3. The exam time is between 10.00am to 11.30 am - Exam Portal will be activated at
9.30 am and will be Closed at 11.45 AM. 45 minutes of extra time will be given for
login and upload. You will receive an unlock key 15 minutes before the start of
exam time.
4. The candidate’s details appear on the screen, which shall be verified by
the candidate. Face recognition is needed to do the candidate authentication.
5. At the start of the proctored exam, candidates must again verify their identity by
taking a webcam photo of their face and any other thing the software needs to
verify the exam environment.
6. The examinee can move to First, Last, Previous, Next and unanswered questions
by clicking on the buttons with respective labels displayed on screen throughout
the examination
7. The Time remaining is shown in the Right Top Corner of the screen.
8. The system automatically shuts down when the time limit is over OR
alternatively if a candidate finishes the exam before time, he/she can quit by
pressing the ‘Finish Exam ‘button.
9. The candidate should focus on the mobile camera and should not leave the place
till the exam time is completed.
10. Candidates should keep all the necessary things required with them before the
start of the exam.
11. Candidates must be compulsorily placed in a closed room. Family members and
any other person must not enter the room.
12. There should be plenty of light in the room to ensure clear visibility for the
Procter and to check for suspicious objects / activities in the video.
13. The mobile camera should be kept at a little distance so that there is the
complete view around the Candidates.
14. Candidates should go through the training presentation carefully which has been shared.
15. After completion of the exam click on the finish Exam button in the student dashboard.
Once the Answer script submitted you, the same cannot be accessed.
16. For uploading, kindly confirm the status of your exam whether it is uploading or
uploaded if it is UPLOADING you have to wait till you get confirmation as UPLOADED.
Once it is UPLOADED you can leave the application.
17. Candidates should send, without fail, the screenshots of the question paper download at
the start and then at the end the answer paper uploaded message, to the faculty mobile
number or whatsapp group.
18. Candidates should furnish undertaking as per the university format attached on or
before 10/07/2021.
