In the interest of the service and in line with the Authority's Staff
Development Program, the following personnel from Luciano Millan Memorial

The abovementioned personnel shall attend the program on official time.

Expenses incurred shall be charged to the TESDA LMMSAT subject to usual
government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The facilitation of the
program shall follow the Guidelines on Team Building as per TESDA Memorandum
No. 149, series of 2022.

Ms. Roxan B. Aguia, Administrative Officer I, shall serve as the Special

Disbursement Officer authorized to hold cash advance amounting to One Hundred
Thirty-Two Thousand Pesos (Php. 132,000.00) for the facilitation of the
abovementioned activity.

TESDA LMMSAT is required to submit after activity report to the Office of

the Director General within five (5) working days after the completion of the
program.

This Order shall take effect as indicated.
