Meeting Agenda: For PDAS and Graduation/Moving Up and Recognition Ceremony

I. Reports
 DPAS :
- Paper and Pencil Test
- Examination date: June 8-9,2022 (08:00AM)
- There will be 89 examinees from Grade 1 – Grade 5
- Snacks for examinees will be sandwich and minute maid juice
- Some examinees will be given pencil
  Graduation/Moving Up Ceremony
Date: June 27, 2022
Time: 8:00AM
Venue: Brgy. Stage

 Kindergarten Completers:
Advisers was suggested to conduct or call for PTA Meeting so that the parents will decide
on what to wear for their children, either white toga, school uniform or anything something
to wear
Note: Advisers need to search and decide what moving up song to use because they
need to start for practice.

 Grade 6 Completers:
Attire: White Toga, Graduation Song: Yesterdays Dream (suggested by Sir Eric)
Venue for graduation will be at the Brgy. Stage
- Teachers need to wear Maranao attire during graduation and pictorial with theme
color as yellow
- Pictorial for graduation will be this coming June 10, 2022 (Friday) exactly 10AM

 Recognition Ceremony:
Date: June 28-29, 2022 (note: by school)
- Each class section will be given 5 medals for Top 5 and the rest will be given ribbon
(note: class advisers need to submit the list of names of students together with their
corresponding awards send or give it to your school-in-charge

II. OTHER MATTERS:

 June 13-17, 2022 – Schedule for Classroom Observation 2
 June 20-23,2022 – Checking & Reading of School Forms
 June 26, 2022 (Sunday) – Preparation for Graduation

 Reminders on using the LIS, please be careful and settle your LIS problems early.
