Section 240, as defined in the Article entitled "Concluding Provisions" of this instrument. The share created for each of those issue shall be held, administered and distributed
according to the terms setforth in Article Six applicable to the Separate Share Trust for-Issue. If there are nosuch issue then surviving, these properties shall be distributed with the remainder of the trust estate as if it had been an original part thereof
otherwise disposed of prior to the death of the settlor, this gift shall lapse. 5.5. Subdivision of-Real Properties Commonly Known as 15122, 151.24 and 15126 Minnesota Avenue, Paramount, California. The real properties commohly known as 15122 Minnesota Avenue, Paramount, California; 15124 Minnesota Avenue, Paramount, California; and 15126 Minnesota Avenue, Paramount, California (collectively referred to hereafter as the "Minnesota Avenue Properties") have not been legally subdivided; rather, ownership is evidenced by a single grant deed. The settlor intends to subdivide this property prior to his death. However, should the settlor die prior to subdivision of the property, the trustee shall complete the subdivision of the property so that the Minnesota Avenue Properties may be distributed pursuant to the terms of Sections 5.3 and 5.4, respectively. If subdivision of the
property in accordance with the settlor's intent, as expressed herein, is not legally possible or permissible.jhe property shall be distributed as follows: one-third (1/3) to LOUIS, if he survives
the settlor, and two-thirds (2/3) to RAYMOND, if he survives the settlor, as tenants in common. Except with respect-to the proportional interest of the property tobe distributed to LOUIS and RAYMOND, respectively, as stated in the.preceding sentence, all other provisions of Sections 5.3(as to LOUIS) and 5.4 (as to RAYMOND) shall applywith respect to this gift.
