natural objects of the settlor's bounty, as the settlor may direct in writing.

In the event that the settlor is unable to direct the trustee in writing under this section due to incapacity, such direction may be made on the settlor's behalf by a duly authorized attorney in fact acting under a valid durable power of attorney executed by the settlor under the Uniform Durable Power' of Attorney Act (or successor statute); provided, however, that the amount of such gifts pursuant to the direction of an attorney in fact to anyone person in anyone year shallnot exceed the annual amount excluded from gift 1:aX under Section 2503(b) of the Internal Revenue Code (or successor statute). ARTICLE FIVE DISTRIBUTIONS AFTER SETTLOR'S DEATH

5.1. Special Cash Gifts. Onthe settlor's death, the trustee shall make the following distributions to the children of JO!1N MENDOZA, the deceased son of the settlor: (a) The sum often thousand dollars ($10,000) outright to JOHN J.
