DIFFERENCE ETWEEN TRADITIONAL AND CBT
Traditional – focused in managing instruction ( Teacher centered)
CBT- is focused on managing center (Learner centered)

ROLE OF TRAINER
1. Serves as a team member to determine what is to be learned

light vehicle driver in accordance with industry standards, including the regulatory requirements
issued by appropriate regulatory bodies, government and/or private. It covers the following four
core competencies: Carry Out Vehicle Maintenance and Servicing, Drive Light Vehicles, Obey and
Observe Traffic Rules and Regulations and Implement and Coordinate Accident/Emergency
Procedures. It covers the basic, common and core competencies.

1st candidate need to perform the task ( with relevant experience)
- DRIVE LIGHT VEHICLE ( read and perform task sheet 3.2-1
2nd candidate without experience will read only task sheet 3.1-2
Evaluate both candidate and give them feedback. Where they have opportunities to improve

Ask the 1st candidate to proceed to contextual learning area.

-answer the self-check for 40 mins.

1st candidate pls proceed to to institutional assessment area for the validation of proper training
