In this section, Psalms Coffee and Pastry have the average capacity to serve its customers with a
quantity of 750 in a week multiplied by 52 weeks, it has a total amount of 39,000 stocks in a year.
Furthermore, their average capacity to provide Pastry is 720 in a week, therefore, 37,440 of baked goods
are produced in a year.

Technical Aspect

1. Baristas
 (2) Full-time Barista – They are responsible for taking orders and receiving payments.
Their main duty is to make and serve the preferred beverages of the customers. In
addition, they also must clean and sanitize their equipment/tools and assigned areas.
They work 8 hours a day with a free meal and snacks.
 (3) Part-time Barista – They have the same duties with full-time baristas, but they can
choose their schedule depending on their availability (morning or afternoon schedule).
They work 7-8 hours a day with a free meal and snacks.
2. Bakers
 (2) Regular Bakers – Bakers are responsible for preparing ingredients and making new
recipes of baked goods that will satisfy the customers. They work 8 hours a day with a
free meal and snacks.
