PROPOSAL FOR THE CAREER PREVIEW

What: Free Career Preview conducted by HR Batch 4 Interns

Our goal:
We hope to ENLIGHTEN the minds of the attendees by giving and sharing our
knowledge about financial advisors: their responsibilities, benefits, etc. and SOFTEN
the will of the aspiring financial advisors to continue by sharing some inspirational
stories from a professional.
When: (No exact date yet but probably Saturday, end of November so we can have
more time to prepare and organize the event and gain more attendees and knowledge)
7PM-9PM since there is LBF in the morning, some attendees might not be able
to attend or might not want to attend the career preview.
Where: Virtual via Zoom
How:
 We will be sharing our learnings as an intern of Sun Life Philippines.
 We will be sharing our learnings a Superior Start trainees.
 We will include other important information that is not included in the LBF and
REAP-ISO.
 We will ask a professional financial advisor or any Sun Life professional to be a
guest and ask them to prepare inspirational stories about their life with Sun Life.
Our target market: Millenials and Gen Zs
Promoting the event:
We will create publication material and/or a video teaser about the preview and we will
post in on our Facebook page, Your Millenial Hustlers, and share it to job posting
groups.
Event registration:
 We will have a cut-off date for the registration.
 We will also use the Airtable if we were allowed to do so.
Other concerns:
 We will also give e-certificate after the event/webinar.
 We will have a game wherein we will ask the attendees some questions and they
will be rewarded.
 We will also have awards like “The Most Interactive Participant”
o PHP50-PHP100 per winner will be sent through GCash Application
 (Main reason is to motivate the attendees to participate, listen, and enjoy the
whole event)
